She begins by pointing out a very good information and a helpful one for the owners to make their employees work their best- something that is felt empty, creates a desire to have more. she believes this theme is really helpful to make her employees the best possible out of them.

Flowers are surely the freshest possible things we can have at any space of our interior. But Jessica also believes that trying a few colors and varying heights of flower sticks will also add some visual interest to the place.

Jessica used a very vibrant combination of red & orange color  of pillows & throw to decorate the sofa. She chose this color because it goes perfectly with the company’s base color that is Teal. She advises to use the shades from the same color family, if different patterns are used.

Since the employees spend the most of their time in serving the office, it’s better to give them a cozy, comfortable, homely feelings at office. Therefore, to bring in that calm feelings she uses Honest Candles and books.

Jessica believes is keeping the mood cheerful to have enough energy in work. Therefore, she beliefs a handful of colorful jelly beans are really good to have at almost every possible spaces, especially at the conference room. Her tip is to have something in varying colors and that doesn’t melt e.g. skittles, starburst, jelly beans etc.

We always love to have a piece of family with and beside us, even when we are working. Jessica’s tip is to use photographs in moderation- to make the place look beautiful, yet functional; not to clutter it with too much pieces.
